Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Ireland  via An Post. 
Once an item has been shipped, The Rag Refinery is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. I recommend to select the trackable option during checkout for extra security on delivery.

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days date of purchase. 

International packages normally arrive within 7-10 days of shipment date. In a few cases, international delivery can take up to 30 days.

All shipping costs are calculated based on each garment's destination and weight. 

Shipping cost within Ireland: 8-10 Euro

Shipping cost within EU: 10-12 Euro 

Rest of the world: 12-15 Euro
